Realizations

The scope comprises four new residential buildings ranging from 7 to 17 storeys, providing 249 rental apartments, retail premises at ground level, and a basement garage.

The Kv. Smaken 1 and 2 project combines modern residential construction with access to healthcare and social services. It represents a significant element of Lund’s urban development – focused on sustainability, high quality of life, and functional urban space.

The new laboratory will consist of two levels, designed for industry and laboratory operations, with adaptable spaces for future needs. The ground floor will house laboratories, offices, and staff areas, while the second floor will accommodate exhibitions and meetings for up to 150 people.

The building is a modern multi-family building with four floors and several apartments, located in a quiet residential area. It offers amenities such as a communal garden, parking and close access to public transport.
