Betbygg Sverige AB has signed a contract with Signalisten for the execution of Bagartorp Centrum in Solna, Stockholm. The project is a mixed residential and services development in which Betbygg Sverige AB acts as the general contractor. The investment strengthens Bagartorp with new housing and commercial units, creating a vibrant urban environment with a broad range of services.
Project Description
The scope comprises four new residential buildings ranging from 7 to 17 storeys, providing 249 rental apartments, retail premises at ground level, and a basement garage.
