Betbygg Sverige AB is building four residential buildings in Kungsängen at Kokillbacken near Stockholm. The investment is carried out as a turnkey contract – design and construction. The customer is Upplands Bro Hus.
Four houses with parking
The project is divided into block 5 and block 6 (two building blocks connected by an underground parking garage per block). The buildings are located in steps on the southern hillside.

There are a total of 148 rental apartments in four buildings

The frame is made of prefabricated concrete elements.
The surroundings – nature
The project was inspired by nature and the adjacent area, therefore it is characterized by light, sand-colored brick facades. This should fit Mälaren and its surroundings, but also harmonize with the existing brick building.
Environment
The buildings must also be Swan certified, at level Silver.
The investment will be ready for use in 2025.
