Betbygg Sverige AB has signed a contract for the execution of the Smaken 1 and 2 project in Lund. The investment is being carried out under a general contracting formula commissioned by Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF).

Project Description
The Kv. Smaken 1 and 2 project involves the construction of a connected building complex consisting of:
The frame of prefabricated concrete elements
The frame is made of prefabricated concrete elements.
- Three multi-family buildings, 4–6 stories high with basements under parts of the structures, offering a total of 78 rental apartments
- 11 assisted living units with common areas and facilities for social care staff
- A terraced building with 3 rental apartments
- A five-story building designed for a nursing home (SÄBO) and medical clinic
